1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the xShredo service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. xShredo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
xShredo provides dedicated bare metal server hosting services. The Service rents physical, single-tenant servers with the CPU, memory, storage, and network capacity listed for each offering at the time of order. Servers are provisioned on ARPHost infrastructure in Tampa, FL datacenters; xShredo operates as a bare-metal hosting brand of ARPHost. Unless explicitly included with your plan, management of the operating system and software running on the server is your responsibility. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
3. Account Registration
You may register for an account using your email address or Discord account. xShredo does not require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Payments and Billing
All services are prepaid exclusively. xShredo accepts the following payment methods: card payments processed via Stripe and PayPal. No postpaid billing or credit is available. Card (Stripe) and PayPal payments are confirmed at checkout by the provider. Your service activates only after payment confirmation is complete.
5. No Refund After Activation
Once a dedicated server has been provisioned and service has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any remaining prepaid period. This policy exists because xShredo incurs infrastructure costs upon activation. If you cancel before activation, a refund may be issued at xShredo's sole discretion.
6. ARPHost Brand Relationship
xShredo operates as a bare-metal hosting brand of ARPHost. Catalog offerings are sourced from ARPHost infrastructure. References to ARPHost are factual in nature and describe the infrastructure relationship; they do not alter which entity you contract with when purchasing through xShredo.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xShredo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
xShredo may terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
