1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the xShredo service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. xShredo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
2. Description of Service
xShredo provides raw Solana shred delivery services. The Service forwards Solana blockchain shred data to customer-specified destination IP addresses and UDP ports. xShredo servers are hosted on DedicatedNodes bare metal infrastructure. We operate our own shred delivery service from their data centers to provide optimal Solana connectivity. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
3. Account Registration
You may register for an account using your email address or Discord account. xShredo does not require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
4. Payments and Billing
All services are prepaid exclusively. xShredo accepts payments in USDT via TRC-20 (Tron), BEP-20 (BNB Chain), and TRX (Tron Native). No postpaid billing, credit, or fiat payments are available. Payments are processed automatically — you must submit your transaction hash (TXID) after sending payment. xShredo verifies deposits automatically, typically within 30–60 minutes. Your service activates only after payment verification is complete.
5. No Refund After Activation
Once a shred forwarding slot has been activated and service has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any remaining prepaid period. This policy exists because xShredo incurs infrastructure costs upon activation. If you cancel before activation, a refund may be issued at xShredo's sole discretion.
6. Solana Branding
xShredo is built for the Solana ecosystem. References to Solana are factual in nature and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership by the Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, or any related entity.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xShredo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues resulting from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
xShredo may terminate or suspend your account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or binding arbitration.
