What do I actually get on a server?

A dedicated physical machine: your own CPU cores, RAM, NVMe drives and network ports. Nothing is shared with other customers: no virtualization, no oversubscription, no noisy neighbors. You get full root access and the hardware is yours for the whole billing period.

Do I get IPMI or remote console access?

Yes. Every server includes IPMI out-of-band access and a web KVM / serial console reachable from your portal. Use it for BIOS-level work, OS installs, rescue mode, or diagnosing a downed machine without a datacenter visit.

Can I reinstall the operating system?

Yes. From the portal you can trigger an OS reinstall (a rebuild) on your server at any time, or boot into rescue mode to fix the system before installing a fresh OS.

Is DDoS protection included?

Yes. All servers ship on ARPHost infrastructure with network-level DDoS protection included in the price, plus redundant network paths for resiliency.

Where are the servers and how much bandwidth do I get?

Servers are located in the ARPHost datacenters in Tampa, FL (TPA01 / TPA02). Each server gets dedicated network capacity on a dedicated uplink, with no shared bandwidth pool. Plans list the NIC and port speed you are getting.
