Refund Policy

1. No Refunds After Activation

All xShredo services are prepaid. Once a shred forwarding slot has been activated and service has commenced, no refunds will be issued for the remaining prepaid period. This policy is in place because xShredo incurs fixed infrastructure costs from DedicatedNodes upon slot activation, regardless of your actual usage volume.

2. Pre-Activation Refunds

If you have paid for a slot but it has not yet been activated, you may request a refund by contacting us via Discord or email. Refund requests made before activation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If approved, the refund will be issued in USDT to the original payment address within 1–7 business days.

3. Service Credit

In lieu of a monetary refund, xShredo may offer service credits for future billing periods at its discretion. Credits cannot be transferred and have no cash value. Credits expire 12 months after issuance.

4. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally submit duplicate payments for the same order, contact us immediately with both TXIDs. We will verify the duplicate on-chain and issue a refund for the excess amount within 7 business days.

5. Service-Level Issues

If xShredo fails to meet its stated uptime SLA (99.5%), affected users may be eligible for service credits proportional to the downtime experienced. SLA credits do not constitute a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact xShredo support through Discord or email. Include your account email, order ID, and a clear description. All refund requests acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 7 business days.

7. Cryptocurrency Considerations

All refunds are issued in USDT via the same network used for the original payment. xShredo is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency value. Refund amounts are fixed in USDT terms. Network fees are borne by the recipient.
