xShredo collects minimal information necessary to provide the Service: your email address or Discord account ID, your name (optional), destination IP addresses and UDP ports, and transaction hashes submitted for payment verification. We do not collect identity documents or KYC information.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used solely to provide and improve the Service. Email addresses are used for authentication and critical notifications. IP addresses and UDP ports configure shred forwarding. TXIDs verify cryptocurrency payments. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
Data is stored on infrastructure hosted with DedicatedNodes. All data at rest is encrypted. We implement TLS, secure authentication, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the Service.
4. Third-Party Services
xShredo uses DedicatedNodes as its infrastructure host. We also use Discord OAuth for authentication; Discord's privacy policy applies to information shared through their platform. We do not use third-party analytics or tracking services.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
6. Crypto Transaction Data
Cryptocurrency transactions are inherently public on their respective blockchains. TXIDs you submit may be visible on-chain. xShredo does not publish or share TXIDs beyond what is necessary for payment verification.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
