Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: May 2026
1. Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy defines the acceptable uses of xShredo's raw Solana shred delivery service. It ensures all users benefit from reliable, high-performance service while protecting infrastructure, the Solana network, and other users. By using xShredo, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Acceptable Uses
xShredo services may be used for: receiving raw Solana shreds for validator operations; low-latency shred delivery for MEV infrastructure that does not harm the network; building Solana-related tools and analytics platforms; research and development of Solana protocol improvements; and any use consistent with normal shred delivery operations.
3. Unacceptable Uses
Prohibited uses include: launching denial-of-service attacks; intentionally degrading Solana network performance; forwarding shreds to destinations used for illegal activities; violating international sanctions or export control laws; reverse-engineering xShredo's infrastructure; and operating competing services using xShredo's infrastructure without authorization.
4. Network Etiquette
Users should configure accurate destinations, deactivate unused slots, avoid excessive traffic generation, and promptly report technical issues or vulnerabilities.
5. Resource Usage
Standard slots support up to 100,000 shreds/sec; Pro slots support up to 500,000 shreds/sec. Exceeding limits may result in throttling. Contact us for custom arrangements if higher throughput is needed.
6. Compliance with Law
You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws. xShredo will cooperate with law enforcement as required. You agree to indemnify xShredo from claims arising from your illegal use.
7. Modifications
xShredo reserves the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance. If you disagree, you must discontinue use and may request account termination.
