Abuse Policy

1. Zero Tolerance for Abuse
xShredo maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of its infrastructure and services. Abuse includes any use that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or degrades network infrastructure operated by xShredo or ARPHost. Users found in violation will have their services terminated immediately without refund.
2. Prohibited Activities
Strictly prohibited activities include: launching denial-of-service attacks or network attacks from or against xShredo infrastructure; distributing spam, malware, or harmful content; exploiting the Service for unauthorized access; hosting phishing, botnet, or carding content; facilitating money laundering or illegal financial activities; and operating services (such as open proxies, Tor exit nodes, or SMS/packet flooding) that generate abuse complaints or degrade network quality.
3. Resource-Intensive Workloads
Legitimate high-intensity workloads (compute, storage, latency-sensitive networking) are permitted within the bandwidth and fair-use limits of your plan. Workloads that generate sustained abuse complaints or upstream network degradations may be rate-limited or suspended pending review.
4. Reporting Abuse
Report abuse through our Discord server or email. Include relevant IP addresses, timestamps, and a description of the abusive behavior. All reports are treated confidentially. xShredo will investigate and take appropriate action including warnings, suspension, or permanent termination.
5. Enforcement
Upon confirmation of abuse, xShredo may: issue formal warnings; temporarily suspend the server; permanently terminate accounts; report to authorities if required; and share abuse information with ARPHost for infrastructure protection purposes.
6. Infrastructure Protection
xShredo reserves the right to implement technical measures including rate limiting, traffic filtering, and automated abuse detection. If your legitimate traffic is incorrectly filtered, contact support for resolution.
