Abuse Policy

1. Zero Tolerance for Abuse
xShredo maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abuse of its infrastructure and services. Abuse includes any use that violates applicable laws, infringes on the rights of others, or degrades the Solana network or xShredo infrastructure. Users found in violation will have their services terminated immediately without refund.
2. Prohibited Activities
Strictly prohibited activities include: attempting to attack or disrupt the Solana network; distributing spam, malware, or harmful content; exploiting the Service for unauthorized access; reselling services without permission; facilitating money laundering or illegal financial activities; and placing excessive load on infrastructure beyond normal shred delivery operations.
3. MEV-Related Use
xShredo acknowledges that MEV operations are legitimate. However, services must not be used to execute attacks designed to harm the Solana network, such as mass sandwich attacks or front-running that degrades network performance. Legitimate MEV extraction is permitted.
4. Reporting Abuse
Report abuse through our Discord server or email. Include relevant IP addresses, timestamps, and a description of the abusive behavior. All reports are treated confidentially. xShredo will investigate and take appropriate action including warnings, suspension, or permanent termination.
5. Enforcement
Upon confirmation of abuse, xShredo may: issue formal warnings; temporarily suspend forwarding; permanently terminate accounts; report to authorities if required; and share abuse information with DedicatedNodes for infrastructure protection purposes.
6. Infrastructure Protection
xShredo reserves the right to implement technical measures including rate limiting, traffic filtering, and automated abuse detection. If your legitimate traffic is incorrectly filtered, contact support for resolution.
